Embracing the Complexity of Emotions
I don't know what I am writing today, but at the end, I hope this piece will be meaningful and can add value to someone's life by having the impact they are looking for. Many people often ask me why I always write about negative emotions rather than positive ones. The reason is simple yet effective. Positive emotions like happiness, joy, a smile, love, etc. can be expressed with full freedom as the audience welcomes them with open arms and a warm heart. But when it comes to negative emotions like sadness, depression, feeling alone, hatred, etc., they are often met with ridicule and mockery instead of understanding and acceptance. It's okay to not fully understand, but it's never okay to make fun of someone's emotions.
