Embracing the Complexity of Emotions

I don't know what I am writing today, but at the end, I hope this piece will be meaningful and can add value to someone's life by having the impact they are looking for. Many people often ask me why I always write about negative emotions rather than positive ones. The reason is simple yet effective.

Positive emotions like happiness, joy, a smile, love, etc. can be expressed with full freedom as the audience welcomes them with open arms and a warm heart. But when it comes to negative emotions like sadness, depression, feeling alone, hatred, etc., they are often met with ridicule and mockery instead of understanding and acceptance. It's okay to not fully understand, but it's never okay to make fun of someone's emotions. Instead, we should strive to understand the real and hidden story behind these emotions, rather than jumping to conclusions based on assumptions and stereotypes.

I am aware that some readers may assume and draw conclusions based on their own biases. But despite this, I continue to write from my heart and mind. Expressing dark emotions may be painful, but I believe it's important to portray the full spectrum of human emotions. Yes, I prefer writing about dark emotions over bright ones because bringing brightness into darkness takes a lot of effort, time, and resources. It's a complex and challenging process, and only a few people are willing to extend a helping hand to those who are struggling with darkness in their lives.

On the other hand, turning brightness into darkness is often easy and simplistic. It's interesting to note that more and more people are embracing negativity in their lives for various reasons. As a writer, my job is to express what I feel to my readers. I strive to bring hard-hitting facts and harsh realities to light in the hope that it might make a difference in someone's life. However, the choice of how to interpret and respond to my writing ultimately rests with the readers. You can take it or leave it, but I hope it encourages you to look beyond the surface and understand the complexities of human emotions.
