QB ERROR 6000 304


QuickBooks error 6000 and 304 is an error when a user attempts to open a file regarding any company which is saved in format of .qbw and if there is no space in the disk of that system where you cannot store the files which you want to open or if a user exceed his quota of storage in that disc to store files. Basically its an error related to memory issue and misplace of files in QB software.
So one has to solve this error in order to use the QB software to open files for particular company which can be achieved by using three methods which are given below with description below.
Method-1 :
Check the space of the disk which is available :
->Go to my computer.
->Right Click on your hard disk folder where you can see properties option which you need to double click on it.
->See the space of disk by clicking on general tab.
->If you have enough space then you can use the QB software smoothly. If you notice that your disk is running out of space then you need to clean up your disk by uninstalling the unwanted programs or delete all unwanted files from the disk.
->If hard disk has enough space click on Quota tab where you can see a spotlight which has 2 colors green and red. If you notice green then disk quotas are set and you need to consult an official for changing the status of the quota.
->If the color is red it indicates that there are no quotas.
Method-2 :
Run Repair Command :
->Go to start.
->Then control panel -> Programs -> features
->Select the software which  you are uninstalling i.e. QB.
->Click next in the process of uninstalling the QB software.
->Select the repair option by clicking the radio button besides repair and then click next.
->Click Finish.
If the error still persists follow method 3.
Method-3 :
Uninstall and reinstall QB file :
Sometimes its important to uninstall the QB from your system to keep the files safe from malware or virus  to remove any damage. So first install and then reinstall QB file in a clean way to solve the error successfully.
There is also an alternative way of solving this error which is quiet easy by storing the data in the cloud which is google drive , one drive etc to have more storage space for opening the file without no error.
