Quick book error 3371




Quick book error 3371 which is defined as when ever you open quick book you will get a pop-up menu indicating that it could not validate the properties of license which is very crucial for working of quick-books in our respective system. This quick book error 3371 has a statues code which is 11118  and 1 which indicates we cannot open quick book of any version due to many reasons. The basic reason for this quick book error 3371 is due to the existence of damaged or missing files in the quick book library file which are essential.  This damaged file or component in quick book error 3371 is due to the one or many of the following reasons:
->QBregistration.dat
->Damaged MSXML component
->Right Networks and Quick Books Enterprise with Web Connect users

->QBregistration.dat: It is a installation file where all the license information is present and whenever we open the quick books we need to  retrieve the information  and also gets  validated. If this file is damaged we cannot open quick book.
->Damaged MSXML component : This is basically a Microsoft component where it helps the quick book to run by retrieving  the information from the above file which allows quick book to open and  run. If this is damaged we get this error Quick book error 3371.
->Right Networks and QuickBooks Enterprise with Web Connect users :  This happens when we try to run the quick book before saving the file. So we need to save the file before importing .QBO file.
Outdated Windows operating system or an anti-virus program that quarantines some Quick Books Desktop files.

RESOLVE ERROR 3371 :
  1. Install the latest Windows updates.
    1. Click the Windows logo.
    2. Select All Programs and click Windows Update.
    3. After installing the updates, install Quick Books.

è Fix Microsoft.Net framework , C++ and MSXML issues while installing the quick books in your system.:
                                        ->We need to install Quick books Install diagnostic tool in your system first.
                                       -> Then save the file in your desktop and then close any open program and run this tool which may take some time as it depends on the speed of system.
                                      ->   Restart the computer after running the tool to ensure the components are properly updated.


Reinstall using clean install :
